2) What is your best way of reducing puffy eyes besides getting sufficient sleep and makeup?

Hiii, I will be heading down to salvation army the one that is located at bukit timah, was wondering what bus can I take from woodlands interchange, is it bus 961 or 963? Also, what should i take note when I am 'digging' for treasure?
